Depending on the application, the design is printed and then mounted onto the substrate or printed directly onto a plate. This is done using the UV flatbed printing process.
This printing process has developed significantly in recent years. With our modern printing presses, we are able to produce prints with photorealistic image quality. These prints impress with their high sharpness and rich color depth.
UV flatbed printing offers numerous advantages: Large quantities can be produced quickly. The flatbed material gives your prints stability and durability. The printed products can be used both indoors and outdoors. Furthermore, a wide variety of materials can be printed on – both flexible and rigid – ensuring maximum flexibility.
Lamination is generally not necessary, as the printed panels are particularly scratch-resistant and UV-resistant. However, the panels can be further finished upon request or to meet specific customer requirements.
Direct printing offers virtually limitless possibilities for printable materials. Flexible materials such as banner vinyl, self-adhesive film, and textiles can be processed effortlessly. But rigid materials like lightweight foam boards (Kapa, Stadur), rigid foam boards (Forex), aluminum composite panels, acrylic, glass, wood, and cardboard can also be printed on without any problems.
We can easily handle even very large formats: We print on panels up to 2.5 m × 4 m in size and with a maximum thickness of 5 cm. Thanks to our Zünd high-performance cutter, the printed panels can be precisely cut to the required contour and format. Furthermore, the efficiency of our machines allows for the rapid production of large quantities.
